I’m deeply community-minded, with many years of volunteer and board experience supporting organizations that matter. My involvement includes serving as past president of Rotary, president and board member of a junior football team, and a director with the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce; roles that reflect my belief in giving back and contributing beyond business.
Professionally, I founded and served as CEO of what became the largest team sports company in Canada. Along the way, I led multiple acquisitions, mergers and several start-ups, gaining a practical, results-driven understanding of leadership, negotiation, and strategic growth.
My leadership style is confident yet light, approachable, collaborative, and enjoyable. I believe in bringing people beside me, not placing them behind me. I value integrity, keep my word, and approach every commitment with intention and follow-through.
